Primary Role

• Assist Bartender in restocking liquor, ice, glassware, bitters, soda, water, sugar, fruits and anything else the Bartender needs
• Assess customers' needs and preferences 
• Maintains proficient knowledge of backstock beverages, liquor, glassware, etc 
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume

Responsibilities

• Attain and maintain any and all required alcohol and food safety licensing
• Ability to keep bar appearance to the highest standards
• Be able to assist the bartender to identify and prevent guest excessive drinking
• Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Have knowledge of proper portion control to prevent over pouring, under pouring and loss.
• Have the ability to multitask in a high volume environment
• Fill out all checklists, waste sheets and incident reports
